These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website printzyhub.com, the platform at app.printzyhub.com, and all related print-on-demand, custom printing, dropshipping, and fulfillment services (together, the “Services”) provided by MV INC (“PrintzyHub”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By creating an account, placing an order, or using the Services, you (“you”, “User”, or “Seller”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Definitions

  • “Seller” — a person or business that uses PrintzyHub to print and fulfill products.
  • “End Customer” — the person who buys a product from the Seller and to whom the order is delivered.
  • “Design” — any artwork, logo, image, or text uploaded by the Seller for printing.
  • “Product” — apparel and items printed and fulfilled through the Platform.

2. Eligibility & Account

  • You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

3. The Services

PrintzyHub provides print-on-demand and fulfillment services, including printing, packing, and shipping of products on a per-order basis, bulk orders, single-piece orders, sample orders, design/branding support, and DTF printing. Products are printed only after an order is placed, which means there is no inventory held on your behalf unless separately agreed.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without liability, though we will make reasonable efforts to give notice of material changes.

4. Orders, Samples & Production

  • Orders are confirmed once payment is received and the order details are accepted by us.
  • Sample orders are provided to help you assess quality and are subject to the same pricing and production terms.
  • Once production has begun, an order generally cannot be cancelled or modified because each item is custom-made.
  • Production and dispatch timelines provided are estimates and may vary due to order volume, design complexity, or operational factors.

5. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are listed on the Platform and may be updated from time to time. The base price applicable to your order is the one shown at the time of order confirmation.
  • All applicable taxes (including GST) are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments must be made through the payment methods we support. Orders are processed only after successful payment.
  • Payouts to Sellers (where applicable) are made to the verified account details you provide, subject to our payout schedule and any deductions for fees, refunds, or chargebacks.

6. Intellectual Property in Your Designs

  • You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use and print every Design you upload.
  • You retain ownership of your Designs. You grant PrintzyHub a limited, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and print your Designs solely to provide the Services and fulfill your orders.
  • You are solely responsible for your Designs. You agree to indemnify and hold PrintzyHub harmless from any claim, loss, or liability arising from your Designs, including claims of copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property infringement.

7. Prohibited Content & Conduct

You may not upload or request printing of any content that:

  • Infringes the intellectual property or other rights of any third party.
  • Is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or promotes violence or discrimination.
  • Contains counterfeit branding or unauthorized use of trademarks/logos.
  • Violates any applicable law or regulation.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or remove any order or Design that, in our judgment, violates these Terms, without obligation to provide reasons.

8. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship to addresses provided by you, including direct dispatch to End Customers and to marketplaces such as Amazon and Flipkart.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on courier and logistics partners; we are not liable for delays caused by third parties or events beyond our control.
  • Risk of loss for products passes upon handover to the courier or carrier, unless required otherwise by law.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

9. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Because products are custom-printed on demand, they are generally not eligible for return or refund except in the following cases:

  • The product is defective, damaged in transit, or materially different from the approved order.
  • We printed an incorrect item due to our error.

To request a resolution, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with order details and clear photographic evidence. Approved claims may be resolved through reprint, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

Refunds are credited to your PrintzyHub wallet. Where a refund is approved, the refunded amount will be added to your PrintzyHub account wallet as credit, which you can use towards future orders on the Platform. Wallet credit is non-transferable and is not redeemable for cash, unless we decide otherwise at our sole discretion or unless required by applicable law.

We do not accept returns for issues such as incorrect size selection, design errors on your part, or change of mind.

10. Quality

We make reasonable efforts to maintain consistent print and product quality. Minor variations in color, placement, and finish are inherent to printing processes and are not considered defects.

11. Seller Responsibilities

As a Seller, you are responsible for:

  • Your relationship with your End Customers, including pricing, customer service, and your own policies.
  • Ensuring your designs and product listings comply with applicable laws and marketplace rules.
  • Any taxes, registrations, and legal obligations arising from your business.

PrintzyHub acts as a printing and fulfillment provider and is not a party to the sale between you and your End Customers.

12. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrintzyHub and its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PrintzyHub from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your Designs, your products, your dealings with End Customers, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or legal reasons. You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including IP, indemnity, and liability) will continue to apply.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the dispute-resolution clause below, the courts at [Your City], [Your State] shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

17. Dispute Resolution

In case of any dispute, the parties shall first attempt to resolve it amicably through good-faith discussions. If unresolved, the dispute may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated at [Your City], conducted in English by a sole arbitrator.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
